Disappointed by Connectivity and Usability Issues

I had high hopes for the Go Pop ANC lab earphones, especially with the promise of customizable features through the companion app. Unfortunately, the app refuses to connect, despite following every step in the tutorials. Without access to the app, I’m left with a generic experience that falls far short of expectations. Even worse, the physical buttons are unreliable—sometimes they respond, sometimes they don’t—and the volume randomly fluctuates during playback, which is both distracting and frustrating. For the price and advertised features, I expected a much smoother and more functional product. Overall, very disappointed.
