Disappointed! Returned! It Appears Different

I was disappointed with the appearance of this canister. Both the quality of the crystal looks lessened, and the size appears a bit smaller than the same canister that I purchased and liked several years ago. Also, the manufacture's box that it was packaged in had dust particles on it.
