Great quality

Beautiful color, well made, good heat distribution, frying pans have a slight rise in the center, not perfectly flat… no problem for sauces, but eggs go to the side.

All the pieces you need

These are a very nice set. We are getting used to induction which is a big learning curve from gas but healthier. We are treating these like baby ducks when we wash them because we don’t want to scratch them. I make scrambled eggs with no oil and they don’t stick which is like being in real heaven. Really really hoping these are actually healthy like they say, biggest reason we got them is to help with health issues and we had a terrible time with our stainless steel pans. They are pretty too.

Deserves 10 stars

GreenPan has always been on my radar, but I thought my other pans were good, so I wasn't up for the change. Eventually my favorite skillet for breakfast cooking needed to be replaced, and I chose the square skillet from GreenPan. This was so far beyond the "good" of my pans, the clock started ticking that day. So, after using the square skillet for about a year with no noticeable wear, I decided it was definitely worth the overall upgrade. Now I'm the proud owner of a whole GreenPan set, and couldn't be happier. I have a lovely thermador induction cooktop, and with these pans, the heating is so even, I feel like I'll probably never burn anything again.
