    safe product, good size

    I purchased this pot to replace an older one, due to my concerns re PFOA/PFAS. This pan seems to be a good size and design. I am giving it 4 stars, because the manufacturer discourages using the pan on high heat. I had planned on making a dish that calls for the vegetables to be cooked at high heat until carmelized. I will have to adjust my recipe and will see how it comes out.

    Green Pan 5.5 qt. Stockpot

    This is a great pot. I’m in the process of changing all my pots and pans to Green Pans and I have used this pot to make my stuffing and it was the right size and my food cooked evenly and turned out delicious. I’m going to make my meatballs and grave, sauce next.
