Slow to boil water

Compared to my other pans designed for induction the Greenpan was very slow to boil water. I was very disappointed with the speed to boil water. Pan is very attractive and light weight but the light weight means there is less iron in the pan bottom to conduct the induction energy.

Great cookware

I am really enjoying cooking with these pans. Food cooks fast and evenly. Nothing gets stuck to the pan is a plus. My only concern is the lid gets really hot from the handle so do not pick it up with bare hands you will get burn. I did. ouch..
