This grill/griddle reduces kitchen cleanup!

This reversible cast iron grill/griddle is a great tool to have. I have a gas stovetop and it works perfectly and is a good size for cooking. The description says it is all ready seasoned, but I found after my initial cooking that I needed to re-season the grill/griddle. Not a big deal as now it cooks perfectly.
