Kitchen cabinet great. Customer service poor.
The kitchen pantry cabinet itself is what I expected. I do not have any issue with the cabinet itself. I bought two. I am reluctant to give a better star rating simply because of a very slow response regarding customer service. There is one small part missing and to get this simple part mailed to me is being “slow walked”. It was suggested to me to repackage and return the 80 pound boxes. I suggested if they could mail the thin plastic part in an envelope, which probably weighs less than an ounce, would be my preference. Marketplace has told me I have to wait a week for a response. Then an email stating that staff are out on a rest day. So I am asked to wait another 3 days before I can follow up. I am on a tight schedule to get the cabinets put together, installed and put into service. I will be happy to return with a better star rating if this can be rectified soon.
