Very thin flimsy exterior that covers the vessel

Very thin flimsy exterior that the main cooking vessel is made out of. Like thick tin foil. It was made with a big rounded dent in the front . You could literally lightly push the sides in and it moved around a bit. It’s very cheaply made. So disappointed….

Did not receive and won’t give me a refund!!!!

I never received the item and Macy’s will not refund my money. They have it delivered to a total different address. I had nothing but problems with all my deliveries. Macys changed the address on my account and items were sent back. The customer service is terrible. They yes you to death and don’t refund your money.

8 Qt Programmable Countdown Slow Cooker

Just received and I haven't had a chance to use it. It seems very easy to use. I make a lot of stews, soups, roasts, chickens corned beef and cabbage. Can't wait to try it out.
