Great Features

I have had this coffee maker for over a year. Love it. It's so convenient if you only want 1 cup of coffee instead of making a whole pot. Love that all coffee pods work in this.

Love this machine-Use both sides every day!

Bought this 6 months ago. It is a fabulous machine. I love everything about it. Quality machine ... works great, and is such a blessing to have both in a single unit. I use both sides every day! Love it!

Should have returned

When brewing an 8 cup pot of coffee using a No. 4 paper basket liner the coffee grounds over flow the paper liner and grounds are always in the pot of brewed of coffee. Since the coffee make is capable of brewing up to 12 cups, the grounds should not over flow the paper liner when making 12 cups let alone ONLY 8 CUPS. Very disappointing coffee maker.

I'm done

This is the third flex-brew I've owned. I was excited about the new model and was hopeful that it would be more reliable than the other two. Today, it suddenly decided to dump water all over my kitchen counter. I would have handled it better, but I haven't had my coffee yet. Finally looking for another brand. My forever pot is apparently not a Hamilton Beach Flex-brew
