Good power

My son bought this for me to replace my previous Hamilton Beach mixer that wore out after using it frequently for 12 years. I love the that it is lightweight but still powerful.

Great little mixer

Very quiet and powerful, has three types of mixer blades (regular, dough hook, and whisk), love the color. Has a convenient storage tray that holds the blades and cord and snaps onto the bottom of the unit. Very easy to eject blades with the trigger. One complaint: When you are done mixing and intend to set the mixer on your counter, the cord comes out right where you would set the mixer on the back edge. So you have to lay it sideways. Not a deal breaker, but I wonder at the logic of the placement of the cord.

Shipping method deplorable very disappointed

Received item in manufacturer’s box not in a shipping box. Whoever shipped a handmixer without protecting it in a shipping box is an idiot. Of course the box was damaged and the item itself was damaged. Furthermore, the item looked like a return. The box was not sealed and had been opened and the item removed. The instruction book had folds in the corner. I have seen other reviews like this and was hoping for a better outcome and it’s not the first time I have received items from Macys poorly packaged but this one took the cake. So beware of Macy’s poor quality control. I didn’t have to buy this item from Macys and have been a loyal customer for decades but will think twice next time before I buy from Macys online again.

Shipped in original box damaged

This mixer was shipped without placing it in a shipping box. Mailing labels were placed directly on the items box making it too tacky to give as a gift as was the plan. The box was damaged as it had no protection.

Terrible

This mixer is defective. I cannot for the life of me keep on of the metal mixers in the device. This screws up everything I make. I would return it if i could, but its past the window. This is for a 2nd home so didn't use it for a while, now realizing how bad it is

Pay more attention on shipping packing

Vendor, put your product in a Macy's box before shipping. Don't just put a shipping label on your product. The box crushed and make it non-giftable.
