TERRIBLE PACKAGING

Item came in its original box. A flimsy thin paper cardboard box. Box was all beat up because of our careless shippers, and Item was hit as well. I would have liked receiving a box that protected the item. I am hoping the dings on the item do not cause it to malfunction.

damaged upon delivery

I am quite unhappy with the delivery of my purchase. When delivered, the box was very smashed and damaged. It had obviously been opened and re-taped again. I can get my whole hand between the top and the rest of the box, it's not even sealed. Because of this, I will be returning the item. I was going to give it as a gift but I do not have confidence it will even work due to the damage of the box.
