Good power

Broken mixer

The mixer was broken. There was even a note in the side that said it was broken, which I didn’t notice. Why put a product out for sale when you know it was already broken. I had to go back and return it. Very disappointed

Damaged packaging

Packaging was damaged with a big hole in it when it arrived. One of the dough beaters was missing. Otherwise satisfied with the mixer.

I still have not received it. The website said it would arrive within 3 - 5 business days, but it has been a week and the tracking for delivery shows it will be another week before delivery.

TERRIBLE PACKAGING

Item came in its original box. A flimsy thin paper cardboard box. Box was all beat up because of our careless shippers, and Item was hit as well. I would have liked receiving a box that protected the item. I am hoping the dings on the item do not cause it to malfunction.
