Cannot Reheat Coffee W/out watering it down

The coffee maker itself works as intended. Makes good coffee, brew strength options are neat and make a difference. What you can Not do however, is turn the warming plate back on without adding water to it. So either microwave your coffee back to temp, or water it down by adding water for a "Brewing" process. Dumb.

Problems

Got this coffee maker new, has never made 12 cups, only makes 10, now it’s down to only making 4 despite cleaning and trying to trouble shoot via the directions

Nice Coffee Maker & a truly no drip decanter

Really nice coffee maker. Seems to be excellent quality and well worth the price which is good. And, Finally a coffee decanter that does not drip when pouring!
