Easy to use

I received the item for Christmas 4 years ago. It has been a tried and true product. The only struggle I have is the rubber seal will hold a smell.

I've owned this Slow Cooker for years and it hasn't let me down! Great food capacity and even heating throughout the cooking process. Every great home cooks should have one.

BEWARE!

To future buyers - please listen to and heed the warning from the many people (including myself) who are very unhappy with this product. I have had this for 17 months, used it between 5-10 times, and today it quit working. When I first turned it on to high, it heated up and was fine, but when I turned it to low an hour later, that's when it quit working. It wouldn't heat at all after that, even after turning it off, unplugging it, and turning it back on again. The indicator lights all work, but no heat. This is extremely frustrating to say the least, but especially when it's an expensive dinner like a roast with all the fixings! Will never buy a Hamilton Beach product again!

Not what they used to be.

I had this crock pot for almost 10 years and it finally stopped working. Because it lasted so long, I bought the same one. It must not be the same internally though because this one lasted for 13 months. Warranty is for 12 months. I used it maybe 10 times. Now it barely gets warm. What a waste of money and another good name.

Doesnt last more than 2 years

This slow cooker is very poor quality. Did not last even two years. Just stopped heating completely with very little use. Terrible product.

Horrible product

This slow cooker lasted less than 18 months with use of about once per month. That is unacceptable. The warranty only lasts one year so buyer beware. The company clearly knows this and they do not stand behind their product. I will never purchase this brand ever again. Read one star reviews across all platforms before purchasing.
