Product disappoints

I am extremely disappointed as I notice the others had the same sad outcome with this product. 7 qt crock pot. I bought new crop pot liners, place all of the ingredients into one, and left for a doctor's appt. I returned 5 hours later to find it just as cold as when I began. I thought, ok what did I do wrong. Nope. Nothing. I turned the lighted buttons off. I waited. I reset it. I changed the amount time and temp---nothing- not one difference. It looks brand new sitting on the counter. I had just started using it, as I got it after a cross country move, so it was brand new stored in a lovely new kitchen cabinet. Disappointing as I had my old crockpot. a wedding present,1980 (a Rival) for over forty years. So sad.I don't know where this HB was manufactured, but I will not buy another Hamilton Beach. Too bad and very sad. 30 days is not long for a crock pot appliance warranty. Since it was summer, I didn't begin using it winter arrived. It stayed in its original packaging until used.

Only used three times so far - timer and temperature settings all functioned well. Have had success with the receipts I’ve tried… so far a happy camper

Slow cooker

I've been using this product for years. As well as other Hamilton Beach products that I've owned over the years. My slow cooker finally went out. So I wanted to buy a new one. The opportunity finally came in so I had to order 1 asap. Was finally able to get one. So happy once again. We'll be using this for many years to come. Thank you very much for your products.
