Markings on the pot washed off??
After 1 washing all the graduated markings on the pot have washed off. May seem minor but really quite inconvenient. Is a replacement pot available for this?

I purchased this coffeemaker in Nov 2018 and have had nothing but issues with it. When it WAS “working” the coffee grounds would always expand higher than the filter and end up in the coffee pot, gross. I thought it was a filter issue and/or user error so I experimented. But no matter the amount of coffee or which brand or size filter I used, it continued to happen. Now, August 2019 it is officially completely useless as something internal has broken that caused it to completely stop percolating. This is going in the trash, where I should’ve put it months ago. Could’ve bought a basic coffeemaker and saved myself all the hassle. Do not waste your money!

Defective Coffee Maker
I have had to return my coffee maker because the coffee would not filter to the carafe and when I would try to help it go through all the coffee grains would also go through. Also the coffee was never hot enough. Bad experience and would not recommend.

Hot plate stopped hearing after 5 months of use.
Have already left one review that I haven’t been thrilled with performance if this coffee maker. Now, after having it for 5 months the heating element in the hot plate has stopped working all together. Have never had that happen with a coffee maker. Trying to return.
Fits well under my cabinet
When my previous coffee maker unexpectedly quit, I needed to find something that would work well in the shared space with my espresso machine. This unit works well with the front access to the drip tray and water container.

Just got it. I am really disappointed
So I was excited to get my new coffee maker with so high reviews. But, I tried it with full water deposit to clean it twice in REGULAR mode, everything ok, the water jar was totally empty. To my surprise, when I marked 1-4 cups, the water deposit was totally empty as well! So, what is the point of selecting 1-4 cups? I thought this machine had a water reservoir. What is the difference then between regular or bold, how does it work? I am not happy at all
