Thought I loved it

Should have listened to other reviews. I thought I loved my new slow cooker, bought to replace ancient “ crockpot”. Right out of the box the lid seemed a little bit off but I needed to make a meal for an event and I thought it might adjust once used. Well, I’m so disappointed as I really like the performance and features of this slow cooker but the lid does not seal completely; no matter how you adjust it , steam comes out from around the lid:( Good news is that Macy’s Customer Service was excellent in allowing and facilitating a return.

Macy's poor customer service and shipping

None of the items I ordered as a house warming present for my dear friend delivered to her. Your shipping and customer service departments failed to notify me of an address issue. All items were sent back to your warehouse from the shipper and I have been credited. I won't be order ever again with the lack of care your customer service representative gave me over the phone.

Lid doesn’t seat well

First time using the cooker and I am not thrilled that the lid does not seat fully on the pot. Hoping my roast will cook fully and not spatter all over the counter.

Stopped working after 1 use

We got this as a wedding gift and it stopped working during the second use. It just turned off and would not turn back on. One of the legs also fell off when it was stored. I would not consider this a quality product and would suggest looking for a different product.
