No show on delivery

I'm filling out this form to rate a product that has not been delivered. Somebody has a free purchase. It hasn't been delivered to me somebody got to have it and I have the payment charged to my card. I know stuff happens,. But after you wait a week for delivery and then find out you haven't recieved you purchase. Well You know the rest. The first email as customer we should receive is was your purchase delivered.
