I really liked the look and feel of this carry-on, but it’s smaller than the standard size. I returned it to Macy’s. It was sooo easy to return. I bought a different model at Macy’s. I am so impressed with the customer service at Macy’s. Now my first stop when shopping.

I’ve had a Hartman for 20 years. This one is too small so I returned it.

Smart Sassy little travel piece
Ok. I remember Hartmann as big and stuffy luggage. My bad. This piece is extremely light, structurally sound, great looking (mine in black) with nimble wheels. Super weekender.
