Disaster

It was a disaster. The dishes arrived in pieces. We had them sent because they were too heavy, we are 85 and 81, to carry out of the store. Now we must return them to the store so we can pick up another set. Not only is that problematic but it left us with absolutely no dishes.

Will never buy from Macys

After purchasing the Earth and Clay Zeke, that i had to return because cracks and discoloration, I decided to visit the store to purchase dinner set for gifts. I purchased this one and gave it as a gift. When we opened boxe, one bowel was chipped, one was deformed. So have to return this one too. 2 items for return. So tiring!

Had pitted on couple pieces

I just received the order and they looked good except couple pieces with pitted on it. I paid a good price but I’m not recommend it.

broken set

it is a nice set and good quality BUT it is not packaged to protect it from damage during shipping. I received a few plates broken. emailed the company but no reply. if I could get those plates replaced, I would keep it but it seems that is not going to be an option, I will be returning my broken set.
