Not sharp

The handle length is perfect for me but they arent sharp. Dont cut easy thru Pierogies/Chicken, baked potato and more

Excellent Start

I just bought this set, for my daughter, yesterday. I was tired of coming to visit and watching her struggle with cheap, dull, knives. This 2-PC set is exactly what she needed. She was amazed at what a sharp knife can do. The balance is good. They were Very sharp right out of the box. We are very pleased with this purchase.
