Great piece

This is a well made kitchen knife. It is a little on the heavy side for me, but it does the job nicely otherwise.

Great Paring knife

We had purchased this knife last year and have lost it in our house. We reordered for two that I just bought as a replacement. These little knives are perfect, sharp and sturdy well made paring knives. I was so glad to find them still available. We have a white handled set that they work well with in our knife block.

So Far It's Good

The knife feels very sturdy and well balaced. Comes sharp out of the box as well, but I haven't used it on a wide range of ingredients yet. It feels comfortable to hold. I only wish the plastic in the handle was more white rather than an off-white color.
