Clean Cut Every Time

Very happy

I just bought these knives, along with 12 others in the collection to create a matching set. I couldn’t be happier. The handle is a beautiful ergonomic construction. The bladed are sharp and free of imperfections from as far as I can tell. The only comment I would have is a slight inconsistency in the coloration of the handles between products. Nothing major if anything it gives it a more natural ivory look. But important to mention.

Very nice

I really like the handles and that these are forged. I got the set on sale which increased the value for me. I was curious as to why the sharp part of the blade didn't extend back a bit further towards the handle, but that doesn't detract from function at all. Nice and sharp out of the nice box. I would buy again.
