Sharp, comfortable, easy to use

This knife is so comfortable and is highly affordable considering how it is only slightly more expensive than the ones sold at big box retailers. This will obviously last a long time.

Confident they’re the best knives out there. If Gordon Ramsey uses them they’re good enough for me.

I can’t review these because they’re a gift. I’m confident they’re the best by listening to people that use them.

New knives

The knives were replacements for ones I received 30 years ago. The rivets on the handles were damaged over time. The new knives are a bit lighter, but it is not an issue at all. They are sharp and well balanced.
