Good value

My ex took back his set of Henckels knives, and they were the professional extra sharp ones! They were the best knives I've ever had. But to replace them I had to go with a more affordable option. These are not bad though. They don't have weight to them and feel slightly flimsy but that's compared to their professional knives. Compared to the cheap knives I've had in the past they're pretty nice. Hopefully in the future I can splurge on their top tier knives.

Everything I Need in One Block

This block has every knife I need for a small apartment with a compact kitchen. It’s a great gift for a college graduate or someone who does not have a ton of space! The quality of the knives is such that I know they will be handed down to my kids.
