Sharpest ever!

Great But No Blade Shields

Great knives but there's no knife shields. They need to start offering knife shields. I wish the also included the 3-inch paring blade and a 5-inch Santuku with this set. This would then be a complete prep set.

Like the serrated knife

The serrated knife is sharp and an appropriate size, but I find the paring knife too big - I have an older knife that is smaller and much more manageable.

Great utility set for the price

Sharp, thin, lightweight, perfectly sized GO-TO knife set that can take some abuse without worrying that you're going to damage your high-end knives. Cuts through tomatoes and other soft foods with ease. They are dishwasher safe which is a bit of a plus.
