Love the bag but could be better

Love the bag for my frequent work travel. Fits everything I need to travel with. Laptop slot is well padded and the separate front zip pockets are great to keep things in their own place. It’s functional but could be better is the placement of the attachment points for the shoulder strap. It’s makes the shoulder strap have a smaller opening and therefore tends to be harder to stay on my shoulder when carrying.

Holds 17" laptop and 16"!

Great bag! Actually, I use it to fit both my 17inch laptop (in main compartment) and my 16 inch laptop (laptop compartment) with room to boot. Great bag. The reason I call out the 17" laptop is because that was the make or break factor between this and the large. Like the form factor of this bag better than the large but I needed to ensure it held all my tech :)
