Pleased with my Investment

The pan is substantial in hand; it lays on an excellent sear with worthwhile Fond. I purchased the Hestan cleaning agent, which I’m satisfied with its after cook refurbishment. With a proper preheat and fat technique, everything from eggs to meat glides freely edge to edge. An added bonus is my Hestan collection is heirloom quality.

Best Pans Ever!

These are the best pans we have purchased! They are sturdy, heat evenly and maintain temperature when preparing various types of foods (ie: vegetables, meat, frying). We will be purchasing additional pans from this set. Not to mention, they are beautiful as well!

My Beautiful Skillets

These skillets are a work of art. I like to leave them on my cooktop as they beautify the room. Several reviewers had written about the difficulty in keeping them looking this way, but I have found them to actually be quite easy if you have had any professional pans previously. Of course, the main reason for purchasing these skillets is for their performance as cookware, and they do not disappoint, and live up to the Hestan name and reputation. Great Purchase!
