Button doesn’t work

Button doesn’t work. Once the batteries are in it stays on and doesn’t turn off.

missing label

I bought this online thinking that the little container the silver cup would have that marking on it from the company. I got it and there was nothing on it was completely blank The picture on Macy's sight does have that little symbol on the front of the silver cup. I give it a three because of that particular reason & disappointed. not sure if I'm going to return it

Perfect, it was a little tricky getting the batteries in but once I did it is great.

Missing items

Refused to use it. Turns out it’s missing items. Idk if this was a return or sold through a 3rd party reseller but items were missing, box was not sealed and box was also crushed. Also, since it doesn’t show as “delivered” on their end I can’t be helped yet. Idk if this is a customer service issue.
