This is a really good footbath. I was quite surprised when it actually heated the water unlike other ones that just sort of make the water warm. It was nice to be able to soak my feet for as long as I needed without having to change the water or add more hot water.

How do you open the salt dispenser?

The salt dispenser won't open, and nowhere in the instructions is there any information about how to open it. I tried to ask a question on your website, and it won't let me. I looked on YouTube and there are no videos. I just want to know how to open the dispenser so I can try out the footpath.

Great so far

I bought this just under a week ago, and am just now using it. So far, so good. My only complaint is that the instructions do not let you know which number (1-3) is the warmest, and after reading the description and comments, realized I did not receive a sample salt packet in my box! I will be using this more often as I work retail and am on my feet 6-9 hours a day (on concrete). Now all I need is a foot and calf massager!

The best

Omg I used this the first time yesterday after riding a motorcycle from Kentucky to Pittsburgh pa got home and feet and ankles hurt so bad from the 768 mile ride. Finally took this out and tried it out. The heat I actually had to turn down it is perfect right a 2. And I was able to relax and let this almost put me to sleep. Riding a motorcycle that far is exhausting without music and an interesting playlist

Good foot spa

So far so good. Easy to use heats well with bubbles. Deeper than last one. Unsure about capsule to hold salt. Not easy to open or close. Otherwise I am happy with purchase?

Love this foot spa!

Love that this foot spa! I am excited that I can use Epsom salts- the rock bar and textured bottom really help relief my foot pain after being on my feet all day- thank you for this wonderful product
