Mostly great, a few shortcomings
I love the quietness of this unit, and it seems powerful. I like that you can turn the power light off even when it is working, so that there isn't one more LED glowing when you'd rather have the room dark at night. Would be better if it had a built in humidity gauge so that it shut off when the room reaches the desired moistness. That would save water, energy, and my piano. It would also be nice if the tanks could balance upside-down in the sink while I refill them, enabling me to do other stuff while they refill. As it is I have to hold them up with one hand.

Large Room humidifier
My daughter has been using this humidifier for many years and loves it. It works great year after year. I finally bought one for our house and hope it helps with our dry winter air.

2 tank, easier to carry.
I had to replace one I had for many years, it died. I bought the same kind but be aware - it needs to be cared for.

Love the coverage This is my second one.
The first I used RO water and still , cleaning was a bear. The screws in top back get really rusty and I cannot reach them to clean I am using strictly distilled water with new. Hope this helps.

Wont stay on
Waste of money. We purchased and it turns off at night. Have yet to get up to 80hours of runt time. Avoid if you can.

Works until it doesn't...
Have used this unit for years in the winter, worked great until the unit malfunctioned, water got into the electrical unit, which smelled like burning plastic as well as destroying the dresser it sat on.

Leaks everywhere
We were given this as an early Christmas present and set it up. We’ve only had small humidifiers so this was a step up. Worked for a week and then started to leak. It will work for a couple hours and then stop put out moisture and then you will hear dripping and before you know it, the water from both compartments is leaking out EVERYWHERE. It’s a large amount of water. We had it on our living room first and them tried it on our kitchen countertops and made a big mess in both places. So disappointing and we don’t have a receipt. I feel bad going back to the gifter and saying it doesn’t work. Bummed.
