I got a Lemon Hoover Vacuum

I was excited receiving my brand new Hoover vacuum but after a few uses it begin to shut off like it was over heated. My husband used it a week later and it came on and vacuumed the upstairs but as before it just stop working again. The vacuum I received is a lemon. After not using it for another week or so the thang came on but wasn’t picking up items off my carpet. I didn’t see anything in the chamber where it collects the partials. I kept vacuuming trying to give it a chance for the 3rd or 4th time but yes... it shut off again. I will definitely stick to a dyson as I had before. Sorry Hoover. I got a lemon vacuum.
