The trick to get the perfect density for me is I buy medium for a soft; because all pillows loose some loft after use. So my mediums in time are my softs & I add a new medium. I’ve only bought 1 soft for this reason. If you fluff your pillow & it does fluff up enough you probably need to remove the outer protective zipper case & wash your pillow & case separately. Mine come out almost like new. I love them & I’m very grateful I found them❣️ I give them as gifts too. 😊 I suffered for years trying pillow after pillow. I was in a road rage attack had my neck & back shattered. Was a nightmare. In excruciating pain day & night! It was horrible until I found PRIMA LOFT HOTEL COLLECTION PILLOWS I could finally sleep in the night instead of laying in bed awake in pain you can’t imagine. I LOVE MY PRIMA LOFT PILLOWS!!! I will continue to buy them as long as they sell them! I’m in fear they’ll discontinue them so I usually buy 4 at a time when on sale. Thank you Macy’s

The pillows are excellent and have cushion, you’re not swallowed up by the pillow, but it does provide support

These pillows are horrible for the price. They went completely flat in the middle after just a few weeks. Not worth the money do not buy. I’m sure you can find cheaper options that will hold up for longer

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow and it has lost all its density. For the price I’m disappointed in the quality.
