Not Soft

Description states soft for stomach sleepers, IT IS NOT, the pillow is extremely firm. Very disappointed, gave to my wife as she prefers firm pillows and even she stated it it was even on the firm side for her.

Hotel collection pillows

Pillow says for back sleepers, but it way to firm. It’s very difficult to put in a pillowcase which leaves no room too even get a little softer. My neck protrudes forward way too much. I will be returning them.😞
