Not so firm

One pillow worked fine for the male person; however, it was a complete disaster for the female. I should have tried one much less firm, since, my neck pained me for days. After retrieving one of the old pillows, my neck started to improve. The quality of your pillows is to be commended, as long as you have the correct one.

Soft Pillows

The salesperson at Macy's was very helpful and located a good resolution to my problem which was bed pillows that were too resistant, not enough give. She made a recommendation that turned out to be perfect!

Not Soft

Description states soft for stomach sleepers, IT IS NOT, the pillow is extremely firm. Very disappointed, gave to my wife as she prefers firm pillows and even she stated it it was even on the firm side for her.

Hotel collection pillows

Pillow says for back sleepers, but it way to firm. It’s very difficult to put in a pillowcase which leaves no room too even get a little softer. My neck protrudes forward way too much. I will be returning them.😞
