Impossible to find the right loft

The firm and medium pillows are hard and very firm and have a very tall loft which isnt suitable for a petite woman. With firm I'm sleeping at an angle. Medium gave me a stiff neck. Ah, I thought surely the soft would be perfect NOT! The soft becomes flat like a pancake while laying on it almost like no pillow at all. I give it 3 stars because it appears to be really good quality plus it comes with a protective cover. My current old pillows are also Hotel Collection but there has been a major change in the pillow contents so it looks like I am stuck with my old pillows which will have to do.

Only pillow I’ll ever need

Excellent pick. Bought this a decade ago and finally went for another one. Takes a week to really break in but worth it. Comes with washable cover.

High priced, quality pillow

Well made and definitely extra-firm. I do think the pillow is overpriced, but it is challenging to find a quality extra firm pillow.

A rock once in a pillow case and liner

Compared to the same Hotel brand medium density pillows I purchased 2 years ago, these are much thicker and denser. Took them back to buy soft. Very disappointed with sales person handling.
