Great pillows but inconsistent quality

I purchase two medium density king size hotel collection pillows. These were to replace my older hotel collection pillows. When I receive them one was medium density but the other one was clearly soft and tagged as a medium density. I was able to switch the pillow out at the store for a correct medium density.
