Hotel towels are not the same Hotel brand quality

These are flimsy and thin. Not plush but at Hotel brand high prices. DON’T BUY OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

Not what I expected at all.

I was excited to get some new Turkish towels from Macys. I carefully followed the washing instructions and ended up with a few pulled and frayed threads on my new towels. None of my other wash items have ever had this problem. I am very disappointed.

Not delivered

Product never arrived. Website would not accept a PO a box address. Unbeknownst Macy’s gave product to USPS for “last-mile” delivery. USPS does not deliver to residential addresses in this rural area, so USPS returned the package.
