Terrible product and customer service

It came dead. Wouldn’t turn on. Reached out to the company within warranty for replacement. Filled out an online form. They took more than a month to reply. They then asked for more information. Requested I make a video of the problem. Did that. Sent that. I waited again. They sent another request for information. I saw that email some days later. They now requested I open the hover and get some number off the battery so they can discontinue it. It also had an expiration on the request. Which because I saw the email later I missed. I told them I needed to speak with someone. They did not provide the assistance. Don’t buy from this company their customer service is terrible and appears to try to avoid compensating customers for their defective products.

Great Hoverboard!

My son (7 yo) loves this. From the moment he stepped on it, he has been hooked. As far as I can tell the ride is really smooth. It looks super cool at night. The blue tooth speaker is fun but it was a little quieter than anticipated. It's nice that it can accommodate the weight of an adult and the battery has been great so far! It should be noted that the board itself is super heavy. Overall, very happy with the purchase!!
