Doesn't hold a charge with charger provided, I have to use the one from my other child's to charge it. Also does not balance and constantly throws child forward. No it isn't a user area as this is the 3rd one of these we have had and this one is defective. Also the product received does not match that in the pictures or the previous 2 of this specific board I have purchased.
