Power button not off after shutdown the laptop

Mixed bags , but will do the work.

fine laptop, does gets heated when you play games like mincraft on high setting , give you about 50-60 fps. While the processor is advertised to have base speed of 3.6 Ghz and boosting up to 4.2 Ghz, in practice you would rarely achive even 3.1 Ghz as the system seems to block it due to thermal throtlling , so yes not good thermal work done . The battery life is dissappoining . Also my model doesnt have fingerprint sensor despite being advertised as having one on website.
