Great Therapy

My hip/leg and knee has been hurting for over a year.... since I have been giving myself (self) therapy with putting the Hyperice Viper 3 in the mix.... it really has helped the pain. I purposely stopped using the it for a week and I am certain it helps.

We like the device itself but connecting to the app has been a bit of a problem, have not had the same issue with our Hypervolt.

Don't knock it until you've tried it. If you like foam rolling for recovery, this adds good vibes to the mix. It is kind of like using a foam roller and a therapy gun at the same time.
