Necklace

I purchased this necklace with the expectation that it would last at least two years without tarnishing. Unfortunately, after less than two months of light wear, the necklace began to tarnish. For comparison, I own other costume jewelry from competing brands that have lasted five years or more without any issues. I attempted to return the necklace, but Macy’s refused to accept the return. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the INC brand jewelry and the customer service experience. I will not be purchasing INC costume jewelry from Macy’s in the future.

Item is Not as pictured

Necklace sent was not as pictured - it’s advertised as hallow ovals, but the necklace sent is round solid gold circles instead.
