It has been two weeks and I still have not received any notifications on the status of my order. On February 3, 2026, I contacted Macy's customer service and was told the company has not received any updates from the retailer. This is terrible marketing and customer satisfaction. I would like a full refund and a gift for pain and suffering. This order is needed for my upcoming birthday party on February 20.
