    Bad Customer Service Experience

    Bad customer service experience. The package was labeled incorrectly and I never received the boots. When I called CS, I was asked to deal with USPS on my own to correct the address. I have received multiple products from Macy's at my current address without a labeling issue. Because the problem was created by the sender, not me, there was nothing I could do. lWhat made it worse was that customer service made me wait 2 weeks to get the product refunded.
