So disappointed!

Soooo disappointed. I ordered a twin down alternative comforter set and a lipstick on 7/26/25; the estimated ship date was 7/29/25. I had guests coming to stay with me on 8/1/25 and wanted this set for them. I got the lipstick on 8/1/25. I still DON'T HAVE the comforter set! My guests have come and gone. WHEN will my comforter set be delivered????? I feel that you have forgotten me (and it's already PAID for). I will not be ordering from Macy's anymore. Please look into this situation immediately.
