Beautiful at first glance, looked great in our bedroom, but after one wash (following instructions - machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle, etc.), the filling clumped into hard, saran-wrap-like lumps, some with sharp edges - very strange. It went from looking high-end to feeling like cheap craft stuffing overnight. Completely unusable and now outside the return window. Not worth the money - wish I’d listened to the low reviews.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue with your Ellipse Jacquard Comforter—having the filling clump and harden after just one wash must be frustrating. Sometimes, this can happen if the washer drum is too small or overloaded, as it prevents the comforter from tumbling freely and rinsing evenly. This can cause the filling to bunch and harden in spots.
For future care, we recommend using a large-capacity front-loading washer or a commercial machine at a laundromat, washing on cold and gentle cycle, and drying thoroughly on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help redistribute the fill.

Your website is horrible. By the time I guess all the pictures with a bicycle in them I am so frustrated I am not interested in shopping.

I loved the design of this comforter and it appears to be well made and has a lovely "hand". However, I discovered that each of the lines in the geometric design is edged in miniscule "fringe". This presented a tactile issue for my husband, who has dementia, so I am returning them. Without the fringe, I would have kept this comforter.

Good quality set
Ink + Ivy Ellipse Cotton Jacquard Comforter set is of good quality. I like the design and the material of it. It goes well with the decor of one of the rooms in my home. I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful but beware….
I love this comfortable. It’s so comfy and the fabric ontop is very comfy. The only negative I have and agree with a few other reviewers is that it did lent really bad on the first Wash. But I took a lent roller and cleaned it up. After my 3rd wash the plastic in the lining melted. I am super sad. I washed it in warm not hot water and dried it on a medium to low heat. Super bummed and gonna contact Ink & Ivy. For the price point paid should be able to withstand 3 washes.
Perfect until wash
It was perfect until I wash it first time. I get my comforters for years from Macy's first time I see that problem. I took it out from washer. I usually hang and air dry. Suddenly just vacuumed floors covered with fibers and I horrified to see the comforter. I dried it. Still so many fibers on them. I think my only option to vacuum it. I'm not sure if it'll help.
