Delivered completely destroyed.

I've been shopping at Macy's for my whole life. I trust this brand. I was really disappointed with the delivery of my air fryer. It was completely broken, destroyed and not even properly wrapped in any packaging. This was clearly something that had been returned. I'm shocked this was sent to my home in this condition. I immediately returned this and went to JC Penney to get the same air fryer.

Received damaged

When I opened the box and pulled the fryer out, some pieces fell on the floor. It was damaged. Clearly it was broke when it was packed. There was foam all around and it was secured in the box. I will try one more time, returning and ordered another.

Does not hold up

I have had this product for almost 2 yrs. The door no longer works properly, everything about it is awkward to work and now the screen has gone out so that we have to guess what we are setting it on. Also, for everything it does, it doesn't make toast! Just going to back to a dial based toaster over instead of something so overly designed that it gave up on quality.

Bad product

A great product until it failed a little after 2 years. The oven made a horrible noise and we had to discard it, not wanting to test it again due to safety concerns. I will never buy a product from this company again. A waste of money. Don't buy it!

Absolutely the Best Air Fryer.

This is Absolutely the best Air Fryer, Broiler anyone could ask for!! I have purchased 4 units total since 2018 I have put then in all of my homes…my cabin, home, motorhome and gave one to my grandson. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Looks nice setting out on the counter. Super easy to Clean. It doesn’t have any smells. As unlike other air Fryers it cooks super fast. Well worth the price.

Has a plastic odor

I love everything about this air fryer except for one deal breaker. Every time I use it, it gives out a plastic smell that fills my whole house. I gave it two full months of using in hope that the smell will eventually go away. Well it did not and thankfully Macy took it back and gave me a store credit. Now I am on the hunt for a new air fryer.

Toxic smell persists

I have a smaller Vortex drawer style which I love. I really wanted this one to work out and spent days researching and watching videos about this specific model. Sadly this one has a toxic smell that persists after deep cleaning and six heat up cool downs in hopes that the smell would go away. Disappointing.
