We purchased these pillows many years ago from another store. We loved them! But, a few years later, when we repurchased them, they weren’t the same and sadly we returned them. Now, years later, we found them on Macy’s website and took a chance. We tried them out last night and were so pleased. I am a side sleeper and my husband is a side/back sleeper. We both found the support to be just right.

Best Pillow!

This is my second IsoCool pillow. They last for years and are so comfortable. I used to have neck pain in the morning, but that stopped once I bought this pillow. It is especially good for side sleepers.

Firm, maybe too firm

The pillow is nice but maybe too firm. With another softer pillow layered on top it’s perfect but for my neck it’s just a tiny bit too stiff for me to be able to sleep on comfortably. That said, if you need something you’re not completely sinking into, this pillow is absolutely worth it
