My husband purchased this bracelet for Christmas for me. After reading some of the reviews I took it to a jeweler to have a safety chain put on it they did a beautiful job.

Good Bracelet for the money

At first look this is a beautiful bracelet. I purchased this bracelet for my mother on August 10, 2023, I did not purchase the extended warranty. My mother wore the bracelet three times on the third day the clasp got stuck on her clothes and will not close. I called customer service and was informed it is nothing they can do. So disappointing, I don't know how to tell my mom.

My husband bought this for my birthday. When it arrived I was thrilled. It was so beautiful. Just what I was looking for. Upon putting it on, the clasp was so cheap it would not stay clasped. This was NEVER going to stay on. Unfortunately I returned it. Very disappointed.

It has a major design flaw in the clasp. I wore it once and returned it. The plunger of the clasp grabbed my clothes, almost tearing it, and the way the plunger is attached it will break very easily. I was allowed to exchange it for something else, but it definitely wasn't going to be another one of these bracelets. It looks lovely, but too many issues.

Beautiful bracelet. My husband purchased it for me Christmas 2019 and I absolutely loved it. Then the unthinkable happened, the bracelet was lost. I was devastated. Fortunately I found the bracelet again on Macys online site and was able to purchase the bracelet again. Very pleased customer.

This was my first jewelry purchase at Macys online. I was anticipating I made a bad buy since I couldn't see it in person. It came in a beautiful red box with a bow lined with white leather or faux leather, enclosed in another red box. I took it out and it was just gleaming. It is delicate, I wouldn't recommend this piece for daily wear. The center is domed for maximum light reflection, the clasp seems sturdy and has a safety latch, the links are flexible and stretch a bit the way they are artistically woven together. It is so beautiful! The only problem I had was I wanted to know the weight but no one at Macys could help. It weighs 14 grams. It was a good deal and I'm excited to wear this out.
