Requested an exchange

I asked for a different size comforter/exchange & was told that the size was not available. The charge would be returned to my original payment method. I really couldn’t believe that there were no other sizes. After even talking to a supervisor there was nothing available & they said it wasn’t on their website. After all of this I later went online & found exactly what I wanted but at a higher price than what I paid on sale. I feel that they didn’t want to give me the exchange because I paid less than what it was now being advertised for a $100 more. You will never see me step inside a Macy’s store or order anything online from them ever again. BAD customer service
