Not what I expected

Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it

Great paring knife!

This knife is perfect for peeling and chopping anything that doesn't require a larger knife. It is very sharp and has remained so in the few weeks I have had it. I like the feel of the handle and the 4" size- perfect for multiple cutting tasks in the kitchen. My new go to knife!
