Beautiful knife
This paring knife is beautiful, feels great in my hand and has such a sharp edge. I own other Henckels so I know it will last. A great purchase.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Blade was thin and flexible, not rigid. The one that this replaced was the same thickness from end to end. The edge, while sharp, leaves quite a bit to be desired. If you still make the model 10220 I would gladly purchase it

Excellent Paring Knife
It's the perfect size for cutting veggies for Salads and salsa. Very nice and sharp. The handle fit just right.
