Surprised

I was truly surprised. The earrings were delivered OK and were lovely - provided you could get through the tarnish on them. They are sterling silver and came to me so tarnished that the silver was literally black. I was shocked and surprised that Macy's would send such a thing to its customer. Does Macy's no longer care?
